It's Famished Friday folks! Guess what that means... A local restaurant spotlight by your's truly. This Friday is my go-to for breakfast in the city, Nano's.
A vibrant Italian cafe situated in Ebenezer Place, this restaurant is bustling with customers from morning till noon. Nevertheless, they always manage to serve us at a flying pace with piping hot, delicious goodies.
Our favourite has always been the Breakfast Platter. Probably the most scrumptious $15 you could spend to start off your day feeling full and satisfied. The house-made bread served warm and soft is the first thing to be demolished in every sitting.
On this occasion I opted for the Incarozza (House-Made Bread, Pan-fried with Egg, Pancetta, Cheese, and topped with Sugo). The sauce was oh so heavenly.
If I ever need a comfortable place to meet up with friends or clients for a long chat, this is the first destination that pops to mind. Oh most importantly, their iced coffee is to die for.
So what are you waiting for? Give them a shot if you're in town.
